I am on this, well sort of as I am not strictly adhereing their nutrition guide but have adjusted my diet eating less fatty foods, more vegies trying to watch calories etc. , I am actually on 2nd week of my second 90 day pass. Overall I am down 10lbs from when I started. I can't tell you how much was fat loss and how much muscle gain. All I can say is I am down about 2-3 belt sizes. I was not able to do any chin ups prior and I can do 8 in a row now, followed by a few more sets of 5 with different variations grips of pull ups.

I was not in the best shape going into this, basically because I sit on my a$$ all day at work coupled by bad eatting habbits the last few years. However since doing this, I some of the best compliments so far; was once day my friend was walking behind me and told me how I was now V shaped vs before I was pear shaped Also I have been told several times that my arms are much bigger.
I don't think it is realistic to expect to be as cut as the guys on the informercials just doing this in 90 days, unless you are pretty fit and to begin with. Thats why I am going through it again to cut some more weight using their Lean routine instead of their classic routine.
The program has a good mix to it, today is Yoga for me and I find that it is the hardest component by far. The main thing is that you have to be motivated to stick with it every day.

this p90x, can you or do you do it in the gym? It looks as if the people using it are constantly looking at the video as a guide. Is a hard coded program also written out. I have thought about purchasing it, but if someone would like to forward me a free version i would accept it.
