whos down for a 30 day challenge on weight lost and diet... take before and after pics etc.. i wanna see who is down..i kinda started by eatting and play b ball n running here and there...but i wanna see was sup if anyone wants to join.... maybe 10 lbs in 30 days....whos down

I'm actually trying to gain weight but since I walk 13 miles per day it's hard to gain anything.

Because I work. My work involves a lot of walking.

It's funny too because I also drive 55 miles round trip to and from work - at least the ride is comfortable in the G. I luv it.

I'm up for it.. my weight came back up ever since my wife got pregnant. I'm at 195lbs and i'd like to get back down to 170lbs..

aww you gained the weight with her...but I bet she also lost it quicker than you did.
Thats what my bro inlaw did. he stopped working out and gained the weight with my sister...bunch of punks!

all i have to do is go on an atkins diet and lose 15-20 lbs in a month. That's cheating and is unhealthy for you, but it does make you lose weight...lol

i'm down, but if i have to take before and after pix with my shirt off I may have to shave my nipple hair first
