Favorite whey protein powder?
I use Optimum Nutrition right now but I am looking for a bit of change. I like cheap  , needs to dissolve well in water, and I would like it to taste better than wet sawdust...

I use nitro-tech hardcore in chocolate. tastes pretty good and makes you gain muscle like crazy
 the shake that wins in taste though is either muscle milk or 'lean body'. OMFG

damn how much protein are you planning to use?
 I bought the 2lb tub for $36 and it's lasted me a couple of months.

well the GNC generic brand is pretty cheap at $44 for a 5lb tub. I don't know about the taste though; I bought a tub of the vanilla flavor and it was an epic fail.
the chocolate one might be good though... oh and the GNC brand is going at buy one get the second at 50% off.

yea I have tried the GNC brand and I wasn't too impressed. It didn't mix so well and the taste was sub-par.
Musclemilk has to be the best tasting stuff I have tried so far but the price isn't so hot. It gets expensive after a while with all the food I eat + buying protein powder....

I just bought Vitamin Worlds brad of vanilla whey and it's really good. The price was 32.00 for 5lb. and I had a 5.00 coupon. I don't know if you have a Vitamin World around but it's worth a try. I also bought the EAS choc. and put that in my coffee, it's yummy! For added protein through out the day I got Designer Whey mango/orange that you add to a bottle of water, they are in little packages. They work great for at your desk or if your traveling. I've actually got my trainer hooked on them now.
