I am going to be starting a 8 week log, seeing that there seems to be a lot of interest in the department of heath and fitness. I am going to update this log almost every day as to my progress. I will be logging Diet, workout per day and body part, Rest, and supplement intake.

I have been working out for a long time (I was in the military 4 years) but just really started getting into the science of it and really trying to get big over the last year, when I say big, I mean 250-70lbs with about 8-10% BF big. I am as we speak sitting at 6'5" 243lbs with about 13-15% BF (just got done with a 6 week bulking cycle). My goal for this 8 week log will be 248-50lbs with about a flat 10% BF ratio, keep in mind I will be bulking and cutting with in the same cycle, 5 week hard clean bulk, 3 week ultra clean cute.

Here is the work out plan with out reps and sets, I will update those tomorrow along with weight, I have to get to the gym.

Meal plan (4000 cals)

Breakfast:
Oatmeal 400 calories
Cottage Cheese 150 calories
30 grams of whey protein 150 calories
two tall glasses of water

total: 700 calories, 60 grams of protein

meal two:

Whole Wheat Bread Sandwich (turkey) 450
Salad with very little dressing 150
two tall glasses of water

total 600c 50 grams of protein

meal three pre workout

oatmeal 300 calories
50 grams of whey protein 300 calories
two tall glasses of water

total 600 calories 50 grams of protein

One hour before workout down 3 tall glasses of water.

meal four post workout meal

5 grams of creatine
50 grams of whey protein

50 grams of protein

Meal Five

Chicken breast, or lean red meat 500 calories
leafy green stir fry 200 calories
2 glasses of water

total 700 calories, 60 grams of protein

Meal Six

cup and a half of cottage cheese 400
oatmeal 300

total: 700 calories, 60 grams of protein

Total is 4,000 calories and 310 grams of muscle building protein.

I will list other supplements tomorrow, this is just a start.
