30+ day Challenge : BULKING
So theres a 30 day challenge thread on loseing weight and since there are people who want to gain it and bulk up thouhgt mabe we could do one for that as well. Same rule would aply.
We would set a start and finish date, with before and after pics holding something with the date on it(so noone cheats lol) It doesn't have to be 30 day we can make it 30, 45, 60... Anyone down? ![]() It has officially started Start July 1st End Sept. 1st Good lUck!

J/pIm down to be in, i have been recently working out, and cut up, but i need to trim down fat, bulk up muscle. I am starting the NYPD academy(hopefully) July 9th. THat is 6 months of pure training, so i would like to be decent before then. Anyways, im down... ![]()

Im down. I just started working out about a week and a month ago and Ive gained 14-15 lbs!
This will give me more motivation haha I cant beat all the FIed G's but I'll bulk quicker!

Man, I'd take you up on it but I've been trying to do a decent amount of running and need to start biking so I'd lose. Maybe in the winter!

i was kinda doing the samething by myself since maybe march, but my chest is my weak spot. i had set a 205 flat bench goal and ive just surpassed it, benching 215 about 6 times. but im still trying to bulk up to maybe 200-205 in weight this summer, so i have 15-20 pounds more to go lol.

I'm in.
I started 6 weeks ago though. I was at 175lbs and started incline benching at 155 lbs x8. I'm at 190 lbs and bench 195 lbs on incline x6. Even though I've gained 15 lbs it's spread out all over so I don't look too different yet. My goal is to continue gaining with the same diet and workout for another 2 weeks then start cutting in prep for a vacation at the beach. Then I'll start bulking again for a second beach vacation after Labor Day.
