Shane's Log
Ok so i had a log when i was apart of another forum and it helped me reach my goals quicker.
Right now my main goal is to just bulk. I am currently about 165lbs, and 8-10%BF Goal is to get back up to 175lbs ish with at least 10%BF I'm not gonna be posting my daily meal plans as i will forget, but i will be posting my workouts. Im not sure where all of my lifts are at now(yesterday was my 1st day back) but my goal is to get back to where i was last year before i got injured. Bench: 245x10 (Max:295) ---------------- Currently:165x10 Deadlift:275x10 ------------------------- ?? Military press:175x10 --------------------- ?? Curl: 50lb Dumbbells x 8 -------------------?? thats all i can remember as of now, but i lost a good amount of strength.

nice bench max dude. I need to get my deadlift up really high too. I'm doing sets with 225 now. I remember I could do way more than that back in HS... but
I was also doing power clean which IMO is the best power exercise of them all. |

^yeah i use to HATE working out my legs, but once i started i was like, leg workouts FTW haha, it made me so much more solid and stronger all around. But i can't believe how weak i got lol

lmao I know... I hate it going back to the gym after a long time,you get so weak. I remember when I got back to it last year doing 135 (bench) was a struggle

It's not that I want to be some big amazon woman but it is nice to have a little strength when needed. I'm not very big so that 85lbs is really good for me.
