never shop at GNC period.

bodybuilding.com is the way to go. been using it for years.

gnc is whack and nobody there knows anything. if u know what u want get it online since it is cheaper. if u dont know what u want go to the local supplement store and ask...if ur already there just buy it there since its not gonna be that much more and u dont have to wait. plus i like supporting the local shops.
