Workout supplements--NO Explode

so imma get a sample of this, a container.

I know it has some creatine in it. Not sure how much and how "potent" or effective this stuff is in the NO Explode formula but Ive never really wanted to try creatine.

However, unless I drastically change my eating patterns and eat a lot more like a body builder (real pain, too much work), I wanna see what this could do.

Your experiences with this? I choose this forum cuz I dont want any hardcore fans/haters tellin me a bunch of detailed info imma have to look up to make sense out of it all relating to this stuff. Jus somethin basic like was it really effective or not?

Thanks.

What exactly is your goal?

Are you expecting this workout supplement to help make up for your bad eating habits?

Don't use supplements. They are all worse than natural food because their is not a single powder that is regulated by the FDA. Which means they can put crush up crayons and tell you its protein.

Supplements have their place. There are a lot of well respected companies that provide exactly what they offer. Can't really go wrong w/ protein powders, weight gainers, etc... Whole foods are best, but not always convenient.

As far as NO-Xplode, I've tried it and liked it. Gives you some energy and causes a good pump after a good workout. Nitric Oxide and Creatine do what they do, and that's what NO-Xplode is. The majority of the people that I've talked to that have used it, liked it. There are a few people that don't. Try it out and see if it works for you.

This is exactly what I'm talking about. Do you even know how No-xplode works?

Here is how:

It is a blood thinner that increases your blood flow. (That how you get that massive pump) Increasing your blood flow that much every time you work out is bad for your heart and bad for your blood pressure. The use of No-xplode directly leads to high blood pressure and heart failure.

I'll see you on the other side then.

Actually nitric oxide is a vasodilator which relaxes blood vessels. ...like what happens when you pop a woody. kthxbye

what is the deal with people and not wanting to use creatine? people make it out like they are roids or close to it.

My experience my no-explode is that it works for about a little over halfway through, but once gettin towards the end of the cycle it is useless. but i have the tendency to do the max or more than what the recommended dose it. if they say start off with 1 scoop and work ur way up to 3. ill start at three scoops and go up to 4 towards the end.

my eating habits aren't bad. I jus dont eat healthy everyday and I dont eat so healthy that it will help my fitness level improve anymore.

I guess I want it for what it does--some energy for my workouts.

I know about the higher blood pressure so I won't be taking it often--only when Im doing a large/heavy workout.

What do you guys think of combining this w/ Muscle Milk?

Muscle Milk is just a meal replacement powder. I'd actually prefer Ergopharm's Mass Meal as it has a better nutritional profile.

get superpump250 instead of NO explode, it works better and has more natural ingredients in it and wont give you a stomach ache, and if you want to gain wait get size one and there both by gaspari

Lol...Muscle Milk over an extended period of time causes brain tumors!

Try this instead..

After your workouts, drink 4 - 5 8oz glasses of milk and eat until you are full. Eat snacks inbetween meals (poptarts, granola bars, fruit, whatever). Eat breakfast and lunch and get 7-8 hours of sleep a night.

The milk must be skim because it has 0 fat and its one of the most complete proteins you can eat.

I played sports in college, my trainers told me to do it and I went from 150 to 180 in 2 months. Everyone thought I was on steriods but obviously the NCAA is so regulated that even red bull is an illegal substance.

Take that for what is worth but you will develop real world strength and weight gain this way.

I'll fit in more snacks, I usually jus have some jus to hold off the time I have to cook.. lol
