Indigestion
Those of you that do really high intensity workouts do any of you experience indigestion during it. To put it simply lots of burping? When I'm training in my Mauy Thai classes and we get ramped up (sparring sessions) it hits me all the time. Mind you I have been doing this for years. Also when I do interval training.
I try to eat foods that are starchy to help coat the stomach. Also I started drinking Pelligrino during workouts it seems to help. |

No, I have done approximately 7000 high intensity workouts and have never experienced a lot of burping. I also eat a diet high in starchy foods. You should ask your doctor about it unless you enjoy it.

I've never had a problem with burping. But it sounds like you're just swallowing a lot of air. Perhaps dehydration is causing you to do this. Up your water intake throughout the day.
