|
Any Gym Climbers out there?
I just picked up a membership at the local climbing gym about a month ago and have started out bouldering. Anyone else into climbing/bouldering? I'm planning on training at the gym for ~year so I can start doing outdoor problems towards october and next year. I guess just a open discussion on the topic is what this thread is for.

When I lived down in north county San Diego, I belonged to a rock climbing gym. We climbed two to three times a week for almost a year, and it was really great! We did a couple outdoor climbs, but not many. Then we moved to LA and the only rock climbing place near us is not very good, so we don't go anymore.
It's a lot of fun....enjoy it!

|
I used to climb on a weekly basis at a local gym which was a bit of a drive for me....45min. Haven't been in over a year, but I still have my climbing shoes and harness.
