Advices please?
Hello everybody
I was wondering if I can get some tips how to lose my Beer Belly I am currently 20 years old, 5'11 and I weigh approx. 188 pounds. I am fairly skinny aside from my BIG BELLY I swear everybody that takes a look at me from behind thinks I'm a normal person until I turn over I literally look like I am 6 months pregnant... Is there any type of work out that would help me? Yes I know... after drinking and smoking throughout high school and college has made me a bit rounder, no more late night munchies for awhile Thanks, Smilie

quickest way to lose belly fat....cardio of any type running/swimming/bicycling
and look into a thermogenic (*spelling) basically boosts your energy levels and metabolism to help you burn fat but you have to eat well obviously if you stay dedicated to a strict program you should have good results

It's really not possible to "spot diet". Everyone's body is a bit different where they gain the most fat. You'll have to lose weight overall to drop the belly and exercise to help tone that area if you're not already.
Birdhouse has it right. |

Another tip: SET SMALL GOALS! In the beginning it's very tempting to do everything once all at once. Instead, keep it simple by accomplishing small goals throughout your workout and eating routine. It will be easier to wane off your old eating habits and get a chance to integrate your workout routine into your daily life. Pretty soon, the small changes will take affect and results will ensue. Then, sure enough motivation will certainly increase even further helping you stay on course for the long run.
GOOD LUCK! ![]() |

eat clean food, little to no processed food.
and do lots of cardio, interval training. google it, it worked for me. id say the first thing you should do is establish a well balanced diet of protein, carbs n fats. if you dont start a routine of eating good food, eating like crap and doing cardio will get you no where...
