Bodybuilding Supplements - Any ideas?

I've been going to the gym for about a year and a half now and I've been using MuscleMilk which has worked out pretty well. I'm looking to add one or two new supplements but I don't know what I should use. My trainer suggested BSN CellMass. Upon reading reviews for CellMass I've seen a lot of people write that they use both CellMass and No-Xplode (also BSN). Does anyone have any experience with these supplements? Also, any other recommendations?

BSN CellMass (One Award Won at Bodybuilding.com)
BSN No-Xplode (Two Time Award Winner at Bodybuilding.com)

Always been a big fan of EAS products. They are one of only a handful of supplement companies that thoroughly test their products. Seems like creatine might be your next step- they've got a variety to choose from.

I use No-Xplode and I really like it. It makes you jittery, like you've had a couple red-bulls. However, it helps me do the last couple reps that I normally couldn't do.

Why don't you use creatine? That will give you the biggest boost.

I use TRAC w/ NADH for creatine, No-Xplode seem to be popular but I just stick with lots of Whey/Casein Protien, Creatine (TRAC) and L-Glutamine (For my Amino). I drink Whey during the day and Casein just before I go to bed. yumyum!!

Edit:
Lots of Bodybuilder buy breast milk on Ebay They say it's best for muscle development

Might want to read up on creatine first. Got a friend who headed Seal Team 5 and they banned creatine because it killed a few seals by enlarging their hearts.

don't use supplements. the only supplement you need to get big is food and sleep (and of course lifting to rip the muscles). don't waste your money on supplements, spend it on mods =D

Creatine is in No-Xplode. I for one have found that No-Xplode is vital to my workouts..i just dont have enough energy w/o it. As far as Cellmass...i like it, but hate that i cant take anything else for 30-45 minutes after using it..or atleast your not supposed to. And i for one feel its actually better to down a big protein shake right after my workout..with a little extra creatine thrown in. One thing i can say for cellmass is that it taste effen awesome!

The main thing for size and gains is protein and creatine. Many people dont take enough protein. You need at least an equal amount to your body weight.. but in grams. 200lbs person needs atleast 200 grams of protein every day.

I just went on MuscleTech's Nito-Tech this wk...I did it several years ago and it worked wonders by gaining 20lbs in one month. Then of course I was doing 3 hrs run and 3 hrs lifting x 5 days a week.

you did 6 hours a day for 5 days? Where's the BS flag when you need it

3 hrs of lifting is too much. Max you want to spend lifting is 1 hour. Anything more and you are wasting time.

This is why I'm pretty hesitant to use it. I talked to my trainer about No-Xplode and he was completely against it because of the side effects I had when I took another supplement similar to it. He still stands behind CellMass though. I'm going to have to read up on creatine a little more but CellMass + MuscleMilk seems to be a winning combo so far.

Why do so many people nowadays need to use supplements?? When I use to be really into lifting about 15 years ago, nobody used supplements in my gym. Maybe weight gainer, but that was it. People don't lift any more than we use to back then, so I don't know what you are gaining. Is it just because people want to get big fast? Weightlifting use to be a lifestyle, not just a way to get big.

try the BSN stack

it is the best you can find
its the NOxplode before workouts, Cellmass which is a creatine/glutamine mix.. that is a must. Nitrix which is NO pills which gives you pumps throughout the day.
you already have a great protein product (muscle milk)
take that 3x times a day

these are all the supplements you need

Supplements help give you an edge... For me personally after spending a chit load of money on supplements...im definitely not going to waste them by not going to the gym..hehe... focus.

As far as lifting more 15 years ago... some people want to get bigger..some want to get toned..and some want to get stronger...all 3 use different techniques to obtain them..and different supplements.
