What messed up world do you come from where ranch is healthy?
1.5 ounces of kraft ranch dressing is 200 calories and 21 grams of fat (1.5 ounces is 42 grams, so half of the dressing is fat)

gees are you subscribed to my super healthy snack thread? i use the diet ranch with 0carbs and transfat with only 10calories. just lost another 1.5lbs
