What is the best/easiet way to cook up some Carne Asada Burritos?
I know there's some Mexican/Hispanic markets around OC/LA area to pick up some great pre-marinated Carne Asada....what about a DIY at home recipe.

i took stew meat and simmered it in enchilada sauce with chicken broth, chili powder, tumeric, and garlic for about 3 hours until the meat falls apart...at the end take a whole bundle of cilantro chopped up and mix it in...the meat at this point will fall apart like a roast

This is more of a barbacoa than carne asada. SHirog: if you ever travel near Carson. try La Venadita on Main st. best marinated carne Asada around and their Ceviche is very good also |
