Spam
How many of you eat SPAM or don't care for it?
If you do like SPAM...please do share you recipes. Personally....I like em' sliced and fried w/ a side of ketchup or in my fried rice that I make. Spam Musubi is awesome too!  SPAM MUSUBI  1 can (7 oz) Spam (sliced into 7 pieces lengthwise) Marinade: 2 Tbsp shoyu 2 Tbsp sugar 1 Tbsp mirin Cook Spam in sauce until liquid is reduced and thickened. Set aside. Prepare 3 cups rice. Cut the nori to size and place musubi maker on top. Fill with rice halfway. Press rice with cover. Place fillings on and fill rice to the top. Press rice with cover. Lift off musubi maker and remove cover. Fold nori over musubi and invert musubi to seal foldover edges. Other fillings: carrot, kamaboko, takuan (all cut into 1/4x1/4x3 1/2-inch strips). Furikake to mix with rice. Eggs, scrambled into thin layer and cut into 1x3 1/2-inch strips.

I just slice and fry.. no fancy stuff here.. Fried spam with rice and Jufran FTMFW!!!

I love SPAM fried to the point of caramelizing. I haven't had it in ages though because I think Trey would divorce me if I brought SPAM into the house. LOL

why are people so put off by spam? People will eat hot dogs like candy, but spam is taboo. lol i'll never understand i guess, i love spam, now that i'm older and heartburn is a bitch.. it's all about low sodium spam for me

I love spam, but don't eat it often. I either fry it or mash it up with some garlic potatoes. That spam musabi looks delicious.

I'll eat spam musubi once in awhile, but I won't ever buy spam. There's something about buying meat that comes in a can that scares me
