Yummmmm, Supper!
I worked from home again today so I made my wife a nice meal for when she got home. I made an Indian Biryani Rice and a Szechuan Ginger Garlic Chicken stir fry. This was my first attempt at this and I think it turned out pretty darn good. I really wish I would of had some raisins to add to the Biryani Rice, however it still tasted good. The Szechuan Ginger Garlic Chicken had some kick to it, but I love a good spicy meal.
I'll post the recipe in the Recipe section over the weekend if anyone wants it.

Looks yummy Shane. I have to be cautious with my cooking, K is not fond of too much kick in the spices. She prefers it to be pretty tame.
