Pasta Alforno, your supposed to put it in the oven but what i do is once i'm done cooking the pasta i drain it, and put it into a non stick frying pan. From there i add lots of tomato sauce, add goats cheese, parm, cheddar, mozzarella. Heat and mix until every thing's melted together and serve. amazing!
this is also one of the best ways to reheat pasta the next day

Angel hair, with a meat sauce made with 1/2 pound of Italian sausage and 1/2 pound of lean ground beef. Slow cook the sauce for about 4 hours

Tough to beat a truly good lasagna, but this isn't bad:

Spicy Italian Penne
Sautéed spicy Italian sausage, chicken breast, red onion and mushrooms tossed with penne in a creamy tomato sauce.

Perhaps my all-time-fave though is my own three-pepper manicotti; stuffed with ricotta cheese, red, yellow and orange bell peppers, lotsa fresh garlic and sauteed onion, three different cheeses, then smothered in tomato sauce and baked with more cheese on top. Dang, I might have to make some this weekend!!
