Anybody cook with a Wok? Got any specific recipes?

So I bought a Wok a few months ago and I finally pulled it out last night to use it.

It's AMAZING! It's so freakin' easy to use and I love the control. I only cooked some chicken breast (2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 minced clove of garlic, salt, pepper) but I was fully impressed with the functionality of it.

Anybody else have one of these? I love all kinds of food, so if I can make some sort of Chinese/Japanese/Thai/Vietnamese/Korean food, I'm so down to learn!

I make some sort of stir fry in my wok at least once or twice a week. I typically do really easy...broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, onions(chicken for most...but I don't eat much meat). Cook all that on high with a little bit of oil for a few minutes until it starts to get soft. Then put cabbage, tofu(instead of chicken), and bean sprouts in for a few more minutes. Once the cabbage and bean sprouts begin to soften add some bottled stir fry sauce(my favorite is easily House of Tsang) and cook for another minute or so. Top on brown rice and you're good to go!

Great meal, and it cooks in 10 minutes.

I use my wok very similar to the above except I use beef, pork or chicken with my stir fry.

Don't have any specific recipes. I just use my wok to stir fry veggies.

I use mine to cook stir fry or fried rice. Have you ever tried Kimchi fried rice? It's yummy and easy to make. Let me know if you want the recipe.

Haha..pancit is probably the main reason for me getting a wok. But I'll definitely have to try making stir fry and fried rice in it as well
