Mud Crabs!!! THEIR HUGE!!!

Happen to saw a cooking show just now and they were cooking a huge azz mud crab. If you don't know what they are, take a look at the vid.

Anyone ever eaten them before and know of a good recipe or a good simply way to cook them? with blue crabs i usually just steam them in beer (Hieneken or Corona my favs). But these guys not sure how to properly eat them.

Lots of good eatin' there.

I am pretty sure that the Alaskan King Crab is the biggest of crabs though.

Apparently a Japanese spider crab can grow to a leg span of 4m.
