Copper River Salmon

Got a few pounds of copper river salmon and bacon wrapped scallops this evening for $10!! Thank god for seeing old friends who work in the seafood department.

I caught the salmon grease on fire while broiling and scared a little girl into tears, but some quick action saved the night and it was still delicious.

I eat a lot of salmon, I don't think I have had Copper River though.

I like it with a pistachio crust and Thai chili sauce.

I am a huge salmon lover as well, especially smoked salmon. For $10, you got a great deal Ryan.
