I love cheesecake too...and one night I was craving cheesecake but have the time to make one. So I did this, and was blown away at how much I liked it:

No bake cheesecake...yes...no bake. Get the one that doesnt come with a crust. Right near the no bake you will see the little cups of graham cracker crusts, they are basically the little single serving ones? They have normal, but I used the chocolate ones. Make the mix, pour it in, refrigerate for an hour or so.

I would never use no bake for a full cheesecake, just wouldn't be right. But this was such a yummy little desert, I was blown away. I just couldn't think of it as cheesecake, because that no bake really just doesn't taste like real cheesecake.

Being a HUGE cheesecake fan, I'm almost embarrased that I tried this, but I have to admit it was good. Using the chocolate crust I think was the key.
