Lets talk vegetarian



I recently have sort of given up meat. Started on a random idea, but has actually worked out really well for me. Forced me to try new things, find new places for lean proteins, and just think outside the box a little bit on my cooking. Biproduct is that it has me eating healthier in other areas as well just as a result of feeling better. I have to admit that because of it I feel excellent, better than I have in a long time. I'm going to keep doing it for a while to see how things go.

But...I'm getting tired of stir fry tofu. Does anybody have any good recipes or just general ingredients for vegetarians?
