What type of fries do you like? Any dipping sauce and etc..???

What type of fries do you like? Curly fries? Regular? Steak fries? wedges? Waffle fries? Baked or Fried?
From any restaurant or homemade or store bought?
Do you care for any dipping sauce like ketchup and mayonaise, or just plain ketchup or what??

As for me, I like fries...especially curly fries with ranch dip sauce.
Either from Jack n box or store brand; Ore-Ida...which I bake in the oven instead of using oil alot. It takes a while...but I love using my stoneware from P.C.(Pampered Chef) which makes the fries cook faster and crispy outside layer. Good temp. at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Any fries. But the key is the dip. A good ranch, but then a bunch of tabasco in the ranch. Just enough so that the ranch starts to get a pinkish color. So spicy good...mmm...

I think it's a NY thing, but I love regular fries with salt and vinegar on them.
This was the big thing in Buffalo where I'm originally from.

Basically you just sprinkled plain white vinegar on fries, like salad dressing on a salad. Sounds strange, but they were so good....
