Re: greddy exhaust
Actually, the answer should be to keep looking. The G35 is still a fairly new car, and most of the R & D is going to the 350Z, so it will take a while for model specific hardware to get to market. Also, until people actually buy, install, and test the products, there will be no hard numbers on performance.
Also, this forum is not the only place for information. There are other forums, manufacturers sites, and networks to check out. Don't let the lack of response get you down. Better to get no info than bad info.

Re: greddy exhaust
Most, if not all your answers are in this Forum. There is not much available now, more suspension parts than power parts. Some of these parts are expensive since not many G owners have demanded attention. The concentration from the aftermarket has been on the 350Z and the G Coupe to some extent. High power parts like turbos and superchargers are being targeted to the manual tranny because no one knows if the auto can stand up to the power without major mods. Of course you can always adapt the kits to an auto but it will take some tranny work.
The G coupe and sedan engine bays are so similar, that I am sure that anything made for the Coupe can be made to work in the Sedan. So if you have a good shop or can do the work yourself, there will not be a shortage of options very soon.
Remember it took a little time for even the WRX mods to start appearing.

Re: greddy exhaust
It is a set of high copper content wires that are setup daisy chain starting from the negativer battery terminal, to the engine, to the tranny, to the body etc.
Turbo mag did an article with dyno numbers that showed that although they did not lose any power they actually gained 1 to 2 in different parts of the power band on a stock car.
The actual greater increases were realized on modified engines, turbos, with ignition etc.
