mcaron, you have a coupe, there are much better exhaust options available for your ride than megan.

It will be done on the 8th or 15th of next month or 22nd. I had all the time and space at the shop tomorrow and it would of been an ideal time to start and finish but I still don't have everything I need.

Tony@RiversideInfiniti is helping me get the bracket. They don't have it yet and it will ship out by Friday I think.

This next weekend I'll move the EVAP canister into the trunk. Tried to do that this past weekend but I had no time.

First off this is NOT finished yet. I will have to drill holes into the spare tire well next weekend and bring the hoses in like that to clean up the clutter that's under the car now. The reason it's like that is because of the way it was mounted stock.

So far the car has been idling in my driveway for about 20min with no SES light yet. My experience with EVAP codes from the Maximas I had is that they come and go every few key cycles so there could be a light later. Right now I am going to go to a gas station to see if the gas pump stops before the gas tank fills. If it stops it means the EVAP canister is not working and I'll have trouble putting in gas since the evaporated gas in the gas tank wont purge to make room for liquid gas.

Next weekend I am not sure if I will have time to move the hoses and weld the exhaust even though I will have everything I need by next week on Friday.

I want to thank Tim Trank, Lowes, Home Depot, Ebay, Wally World and Marvin at speedywrench.com for the support. And also Nissan for making cars that are easy to mess with.

Overall this took me all day since 1PM until 12:39AM right now. But I also changed the oil and deleted the idle pulley.

Test pipes came today and mounting bracket for the muffler. The 2.5" test pipes bolt up to 3". These will throw a SES light and I'll have to weld on 2 0.75" 90 degree pipes to put the o2 sensors in. For now I'm going to use them the way they are.

2nd shipment of 304 came today. Also have new flanges that are cut more precisely for 3" pipe. There is a sway bar and a heat shield I ordered from infinitipartsusa over 2 weeks ago that haven't shipped yet so I cant start this weekend. I might install the test pipes only this weekend.

Also have smaller bolts for 2.5" to 3".

I am all soaked in sweat my jeans my shirt. There's 90+ degrees in the garage and the ****ing lamp I was using for light was burning my *** but I finished.

Some advice for anyone else is to not use power tools to cut the pipes I cut. It might make sparks and you might blow yourself up.

The rear sway bar I ordered was on backorder and it's going to ship on the 25th. The headshield I ordered is also too big since it's from the Ms but the one from the 2nd gens fits and I ordered that but I don't know when I'll get it because the last one took 2 weeks to get here.

Also the rear sway bars fit for all G35s 03-08 or at least that's what H&r says. http://www.stillen.com/product.asp?i...odel=G35%204DR
