So what could this do for a stock exhaust system? I like the stock exhaust note too much to change it out..

^For you, it would make the stock exhaust a little louder. No rasp or drone though.

^ Dyno graphs are on the first page. Yes, you'll be able to smell fumes when you're at a stop. Just like with any other test pipe. But it's really not that bad.

i saw the dynos, that's a given. But I was wondering what exhaust was used in that dyno? stock catback? Aren't these factors for the delta gains?

Motordyne ART pipes

day finally has come, my pipes are in and i am relieved. first i'd like to thank tony at motordyne for a wonderful product.

2003 6mt Coupe

stock vs art pipes

Injen Intake
cosworth intake manifold
AAM 3" true dual exhaust (before anyone says anything, i know i shouldnt be running this, i was goin FI but changed my mind so i'm saving for motordyne TDX)

Did not have time for pics. Just wanted to state that before the install i had actually got an osiris install and tune in october. my numbers were good for wat was on my car. 252whp 250wtq

<a href="http://s850.photobucket.com/albums/ab65/pr-g35driver/?action=view&current=dyno2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i850.photobucket.com/albums/ab65/pr-g35driver/dyno2.jpg" border="0" alt="Dyno 2"></a>

on march 6 i dropped off my car to sean at munkywurks, he did the baseline before he closed up for the day. needless to say i was disappointed, somewhere along the lines from october to march i lost significant power. i felt i had lost some but thought i was just getting use to the power.......i guess not. 246whp 234wtq red dash is base

<a href="http://s850.photobucket.com/albums/ab65/pr-g35driver/?action=view&current=baselinevstestpipenotune.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i850.photobucket.com/albums/ab65/pr-g35driver/baselinevstestpipenotune.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

i guess i have to bring my car to sean another day to figure out the problem with my engine he thinks my manifold could be the problem because he can hear an air leak somewhere on it......and also my injen intake filter was grey from all the deposits and dust at the construction site i park at........but anyways onto the rest of the dynos.

art pipes install 255whp 237wtq white dash is art pipes

<a href="http://s850.photobucket.com/albums/ab65/pr-g35driver/?action=view&current=testpipeuntunevstestpipetune. jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i850.photobucket.com/albums/ab65/pr-g35driver/testpipeuntunevstestpipetune.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

osiris tune 256whp and 240wtq blue dash is osiris tune

<a href="http://s850.photobucket.com/albums/ab65/pr-g35driver/?action=view&current=Carmelo2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i850.photobucket.com/albums/ab65/pr-g35driver/Carmelo2.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

sorry about the last dyno, had to scan it on the computer because he forgot to load the last one on my flash drive. second dyno has the overlay of osiris tune in blue dash

base:246whp 234wtq
art pipe:255whp 237wtq
osiris:256whp and 240wtq

overall peak gains were 10whp 6wtq. probably could have had better numbers if i wasn't having problems with my car. but for what it is i believe the art pipes is something every na powered freak should have.

i love the sound of my car, has a really deep tone and keeps that aggressive note. in my opinion coming from stock cats, at 5k it sounds a little rasp but just a little, it could be my exhaust setup though.

performance wise i feel it throughout the powerband, actually feels like the day i first got my osiris tune in october, pretty impressive coming from test pipe....or art pipes i should say.

all in all this is one of the best things i have spent my money on, now waiting on ordering my motordyne tdx

thanks again tony
