2003 g35 sedan help with staight pipe
Hi I'm new to the infiniti family. I just bought a 2003 g35 sedan and I'd like to put a staight pipe as it has the original exhaust. I'm trying to look on amazon.com for staight pipes for the g35 sedan but for some reason I can't find any. I don't know if I'm just not searching it right. Also, my g35 doesn't have a "Y", dual exhaust tips it only has a single tip on the left. Basically what i want to do is cut off the muffler and put a staight pipe that connects the rest of the exhaust to the tip. Can someone help me find the staight pipe that fits my car? All answers will be greatly appreciated

Check the exhaust threads on here. I recommend finding an HR y-pipe and coupe mid pipe on your local craigslist/offerup. the 350z mid pipe will work too but you'll need a 3" extension. Either way, stick with the coupe OEM mid/y pipe (they bolt right up) and sounds great WITHOUT a bunch of drone.
I tried going the cheap route and just straight piping the muffler. It was loud and sounded cool under acceleration, but it was super annoying at cruising speeds. GF hated it, and it only took 10 minutes for me to hate it too (unless I was pulling out of a parking lot, but even then it didn't sound as good as a good muffler.
I recommend you do it right.
