HKS muffler on a 2005 g35x

I was wondering if anyone knew a cheaper place to get a dual tip hks muffler, the only ones ive seen are $520 and theres gotta be a cheaper one out there. And also I wanted to know how it would be to install on an 05, do I need 03-04 hangers or what?

thanks.

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
Yes you need a single 03-04 hanger available at the dealerships or on ebay. Simple install if you have a basic set of tools. Back in the day the HKS was the shizz even with the high price but it drones like a **** so watch for that. You might be able to pick up a used one cheaper but they are far and few between.

These days there are better alternatives IMHO, look through the forum for information on Magnaflow mufflers for the G. Substantially cheaper and still great look and sound, can't comment on drone or not though.
