The rear bumper is very easy to remove. It's just a bunch of clips/screws. Look at the diagram and you'll find all the clips holding it. Be advised that you will need to remove the tail lights to access one or two of the clips/screws. You will also need to remove the license plate bulb bracket if you want to walk away with the bumper.
Oh I forgot to mention, pulling it out isn't a simple tug; you'll have to shimmy it up and to down, left and right.

How to remove rear bumper for 2008 G35
I can show you how to replace or remove your rear Infiniti bumper. It's super easy...
I ended up getting a massive dent from someone that hit me in a parking lot, and removed the bumper to get enough leverage to pop the dent right out.
