G35 sedan trunk de-badged. stuck with holes! help

New to community and vehicle (love it!). I removed the Infiniti lettering AND the Mt. Fuji emblem. And now there are two little holes from where the Mt. Fuji emblem was seated.

What is my best option to plug these two little holes that will look like they were never there? I don't want to repaint or replace my entire trunk because of rust or water damage in the trunk but if i have to what is the paint code for the stock black color? I'm guessing a tiny bit of bondo and some paint? Suggestions would be much appreciated.

Side note my dad said it looks like an Altima without the Mt. Fuji?????

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
You could always ask around on the forum to see if anyone has one they could send you. I mailed a couple of members the Infiniti and G35 I took off because they needed them. Seemed a silly thing to charge someone for so I rolled them up in bubble wrap and mailed them out. Good karma IMO.

Maybe you'll get lucky.

Melted it? Waaay too much heat. You should only use heat that's warm enough that you could easily put your hand in front of it. If it hurts your hand, it can damage your paint.

The only way to properly plug in those holes is to have a body shop fill it in and repaint your entire trunk. There have been a handful of us that have done it.

If you don't want to spend the money on having that work done then just pickup a Mt. Fuji emblem from your local dealer or hit up Riverside Infiniti.

I know I'm inadvertently reviving a three year old thread, but this is relevant to my interests.

How far away are the two bolts for the Mt. Fuji emblem? Before I take it off, I'm wondering if I could fit a different emblem in its spot (if not, I'll simply be keeping the Fuji).

Is the emblem as easy to take off as I think? I haven't tried taking out any of the fabric lining my trunk, but I assume the rear emblems bolts will be right there once I do. Let me know if I'm incorrect.
