Dude, just polish it out.
I bought this cheap polisher that i was super sketched about, but if you have a corded drill it just attatches to the chuck and its dual action, so it oscilates.

I did my whole car with a cutting compound and pad, then a polish with a polish pad, then a wax with a wax pad. I'd say it took out like 75% of my hard water stains and swirls. I'd definatley give it a try. You can also use it to restore headlights and whatnot too.
