Broke a bolt trying to remove me bumper

Broke a bolt trying to remove me bumper-ecvapxr.jpg
Broke the head off of this bolt since it was rusted. Anyone know how I can remove the rest of it?

You can't. Just break it off and replace the clip that goes on the under tray. I wouldn't even bother. they seized up and always snap.

Damn, I broke two of them on the same side cause they seized up just like you said and snapped. Thanks for the help
