What part is this

I recently bought a g35, had been involved in minor accident but accident damaged the front bumper and these brackets are broken on both sides, was wondering what parts I'd need to fix this issue thanks!

That's your core/radiator support.

They aren't cheap...

You can probably find one significantly cheaper at a junk yard or...

those are just two mounting holes for the bumper. You can epoxy something in that place and drill new holes for the mount.

New radiator support is unnecessary in this case.

Along those same lines, the radiator support is more than likely a glass filled nylon given the "glass fiber composite" markings on it.

A small piece of glass filled nylon sheet could be epoxied in, shaped with files or sandpaper, and drilled for a pretty clean repair that would be fairly quick and cheap.

JB Weld or another high strength epoxy should work well and a small piece of the material can be purchased here:

Can this "glass fiber composite" be cut or drilled (say a 6" hole)? I want to modify mine (custom project) but I'm worried it may crack or ruin the integrity of it.

Yes, it can be cut as needed. The glass fiber is distributed throughout the material, so cutting doesn't have an effect.
