My Car

Hey guys this is my 04 sedan that I've recently bought. Fully stock. I love this car but I feel like it looks too boring currently. I'm a 19 year old college kid so please bare with me. For my first step to make the car look more aggressive and nicer. I ordered some raceland ultimo coilovers. I want to do more with this car. I'll be ordering some rims sometime soon but first I need some suggestions from you guys. Any tips on what can make the car look nicer? Would 17 inch rims be able to look good? What can I do about these ugly plastic side skirts and rear? Sorry for the multiple questions but I'm new to this and I'm starting to like it.

Congrats on the car. Racelands are cheap **** a better bet would have been to save money for tein basics or BC or something to that effect. 17's seem to always look small on this car most people go with 19's but 18's can be pulled off. as far as suggestions for specific wheels the best bet would be to peruse the classifieds for some good quality used wheels or check out sites like VR wheels which also sells used wheels. If nothing else OEM 19" Coupe Rays can be had for cheap and are relatvely easy to get as are 350z track wheels and OEM 370z wheels. as far as the plastic trim you can have it painted, but if you want to upgrade the look you can get a Nismo rep kit or Kurookie from several vendors on here. will cost a bit more though.

The first things I would do would be to get some clear side markers(since you are missing an OEM one anyway), and doing a restoration on that driver side headlight to get it nice and clear like the passenger one. Both are cheap and easy and will make the car look better.

I'd also pull that hitch off if you don't need it. You should be able to sell it to help fund your modifications. That will shave a little weight off too.

you're 19 and in college. The last thing you should be doing is dumping money into a car. Be happy with it..you're fortunate to be driving something so nice considering your circumstances. There's plenty of time for modding after you get out of college.

It's not like I'm adding a turbo or anything. If I wasn't spending my money on my car I'd be spending it somewhere else.

Yes I'm actually getting my headlight restored today. Also buying clear markers too.
