Black mold like spots on front bumper?

hi all,
i have been seeing black mold like spots on the front bumper. I do have a clear bra on which makes me think how can the mold have grown inside the clear bra if that thing is even mold. Not sure what are these black spots. I will try to include a pic... has anyone seen something like this before?

Include a pic, but infinitis have brittle paint. Likely just seeing the ABS of the bumper.

Is the surface still smooth? Looks like dirt that got ingrained into the clear armor.

Honestly looks exactly like the side of my car right now. Did you drive thru a construction zone where they were paving the roads, or follow a construction truck leaking black tar? I have tar sprayed all down the side of my car right now and it's way too cold to try to scrub it off. Car washes, even the brush style (don't hate), aren't really helping.

Yea that makes sense... I remember driving over newly paved roads so that could be it. Such a bummer! No idea how I can get rid of this stuff....

You should be able to buy some tar removing spray from auto parts store, in the detailing section.

Thanks man! I got the spray from Walmart... cost like $4 bucks. Will try cleaning this weekend!
