Installed Today

Just got this momo off eBay for $31. Never mind the half finished cf, it's a work in progress.

Had a few questions on this ****, here is the link. http://m.ebay.com/itm/121536567152?nav=SEARCH They are $31.99 free shipping. Their used, but the one I received is practically brand new. Couldn't find a scratch on it.

No, the clip has to be taken off. I just pulled the clip and rolled the boot down inside itself. I don't have any issues with it that way.

I installed mine last month and happy with the way it looks...even without my Formula Drift bandana. haha

Here's a pic:

The only issue I had was how loose it feels after securing it to shifter. The problem is, the 2pc aluminum isn't exactly a tight fit, so I made my own spacer to fill in the gap. I also modified the rubber cap by cutting the top off to place on top of clicker, and the other half for the screws. Other than that, for $30 you can't beat it.

My girl asked the same...Ever since Formula Drift I left it wrapped around it. "It's a wanna-be-6MT."

Would you rather see it rawdog? Fair warning though..I might get myself banned :P

(Bandanna used as mask on the track)

I got one

OK so as I scrolled through every single post of this thread, I couldn't find an answer. I literally just bought a 6mt console (just the ashtray hazard and shifter area piece) come to realize it might not fit. I have a 06at and I kinda need this piece to fit. If it doesnt fit, who here has rigged it so that you don't have to remove the PRND plate but can also have a flush bootboot maybe overtop of it? Maybe I'll just quick cement the gaps or some stupid ****. I was drunk and had an OHH OHH moment and now I can't cancel my order so I gotta make this work.

Were you successful in getting the Momo on your 06? I am having having difficulties taking off that connector piece. Can you give a brief description on how to remove the connector piece?

Thanks
