I can't apolagize enough for how LONG this STB took to get out to you.
I apreciate your patience and awesome understanding, you have been great. Please let me know if there is ANYTHING else I can do for you (at all) I swear nothing else would take near as long as this did. Hahaha. (rediculous)
I will get you a great deal (at or below my cost) on something else if you want.

No problem at all.
It was quite a long haul to get the product delivered, but I am glad it finally came. I am planning to have this installed very soon. Hopefully, this is something I will be able to do at home.
If you have any tips in addition to your instruction sheet, please let me know. Otherwise, I'll be sure to contact you if there are any problems.
