Thanks for the compliments guys! I almost have everything done on the center console excluding the deck lcd and status lights for ac controls (which is why I didnt post a pic of everything together), Ive just been waiting for the white leds to get here. I will post pics of the whole thing when I get those things taken care of.

oh btw: you have to take the needles out to access the LCDs. don't force the needles out.. bascially one way to pull out the needles without messing it up is to pop off the black cap, and you have to hold down the rod while you pull up on the needle. You absolutely do not want to pull up on the rods itself... i like it!
Haha no joke! Good thing I got a premier account!
Thanks for the tip on the needles, Ill have to try that out next time.

How many hours do you think you put into this? Any chance you took pics of some of the steps? Also, what LEDs did you use? Where can you get them?

^^^Thanks guys! Means a lot..

^ I havent quite completed the conversion yet but I would say I have spent about 25-35 hours so far. Im having some trouble getting everything to match exactly so I will let you guys know what leds I used once everything is perfect. If you wanna start looking I got them all on ebay.

This pic will give you an idea of where exactly Im at:

The orange status lights on the ac/center console are going to be changed to white. Navi pointer hashes or whatever its called will also be white. I finally got the bulbs in. The window switches/door locks, seat heaters are done. The deck is soon going to be replaced with a 7" touchscreen so I wont have to worry about the bose deck lcd. I have the dd conversion sitting around, just waiting on a couple goodies(conversion on my dd ac controls have also been done).
