06 projector headlights help

I just bought a set of these locally and I was just wondering what I need to install these on my 03 coupe? Can I use my ballasts that I already have stock on my car? I forgot weather I got bulbs with them or not.. If not can I use my 03 headlight bulbs?

the '03 bulbs will not work. you need d2s hid bulbs for the headlights, 7440 bulbs for the turn signals, h1 bulbs for the fog lights, and 198 bulb for the city lights

You do not have to take the bumper completely off. You can "peel" it back a bit just enough to access the bottom screws for the lights. It would be a PITA to remove all the screws from the underbody panel.
