Looking to upgrade: Hir bulbs anyone?

Im looking to get some new h1 bulbs for my 06 headlights. I am stuck between nokya, luminics, and Hir's. Any one have 1st hand experience with these hir bulbs? Looks just like hid's but fraction of the cost. So i am curious how they are.

Bulbs from autolumination.com:

"12V Halogen Infra Red (HIR) Super Upgrade Bulbs (Pair)
Another IPF exclusive innovation the HIR (Halogen Infra Red) technology produces a brilliant white light that is double the intensity of other bulbs with the same wattage, with up to 72% Higher Lumens per watt. These bulbs represent the latest in lighting technology. A special reflective coating to the outer surface of an HIR bulb allows visible light to pass through while infra red light (not visible to the human eye) is reflected back onto the filament. This recycling effect superheats the filament thus increasing light intensity.

IPF's HIR bulbs feature the most advanced technology available in Halogen lighting market and truly compare to the performance of HID systems.

The HIR1/HIR2 Bulbs feature:

* Double the Light Intensity of Standard Halogen Bulbs

* 50% Longer Lifespan than Standard Halogen Bulbs

* 50% More Energy Efficient than Standard Halogen Bulbs

* Lower Operating Temperature than Standard Halogen Bulbs

* Improved Beam Pattern over Standard Halogen Bulbs"

I might try a set of these for my wife's car. It has my old aftermarket HID kit off my bike but they are not that bright. I bet these would be better. Hmmm
