My friend in california built a fiesta, its a sub 3k pound car and he did a motor swap for 2500 bucks (including labor) and he has over 250 whp. His 4,000 total investment is running low 13's now.

i don't know what's funnier... the turbo'd fiesta? or the fact that there is an enthusiast club for the turbo'd fiestas.

impressive, but no matter how fast it is, i wouldn't want to drive one, just cause it's a fiesta

That fiesta doesn't even look all that bad. I wouldn't say a MK3 GTI looks any better, and those things have a following.

I had a hand-me-down Ford Fiesta for a while back in the '80s. To this day, it's still the worst car I've ever driven.

The shifter felt incredibly rubbery and the dash was so poorly constructed I could grab the bottom edge of it and flex it about 5 or 6 inches. The whole car just felt cheap. And, did I mention it was orange?

HAHAHAHA...my buddy had the EXACT SAME car. Needless to say, we didn't roll in his car anywhere. He never had to drive

So what? Broaden your horizon, bubba, in Europe Fiesta is a "hot hatch". It can be turboed or not, lots of aftermarket support.
BTW, you were looking for taillight tint......yikes!

I think many people don't realize Ford has a good following in Europe and actually have a product portfolio that offers many cars we dont even get here.
