Great for kids summer or winter. Wheee!

Impossible to believe.....
  1. The developer was that stooopid!
  2. The town planning commision signed off on the developers plan.
  3. The builder went ahead and built to the plan.
  4. The building inspector would issue a certificate of occupancy.
  5. Anyone in their right mind would buy that disaster.

Assuming that driveway is poured and not pre-cast sections, I wanna know how the hell the cement contractor poured the damned thing and kept a uniform slope.
