I don't buy the reasoning of having an AK-47 for home defense. In the example he used the guy would have to have the gun loaded and ready to go at a moment's notice. If it was locked up and secured it would have little use when 7 people rush into the house. So it would have to be loaded and accessible to be useful, but he said there were a number of kids in the house. Having a loaded, unsecured/semi secured AK-47 in a house with a bunch of kids doesn't sound too responsible.

The lady interviewing him got punked. I especially liked when he said they didn't have guns back then (talking about jesus)
What's really funny is people go on and on about how dangerous "assault" rifles are. If you look at almost all crimes they're committed with handguns..... you usually don't hide an AK in your waist band and go rob a store, just doesn't happen that often.
