If I see anyone with a gun in their hand in a car, I'm making a phone call. That's not regular behavior of an individual carrying concealed.

Well when I took my gun permit class, the guy said since its "concealed" if people see your gun in your holster or whatever, you can be arrested, so I would think same thing if they see your gun in your car out in the open then you're not concealing it?

Some states allow open carry. Some forbid it.

make sure you'r car is debadged next time so they cant give the make and model lol
In all seriousness though, probably should have just kept it separated anyways. Do you really need it in the car? just fix whatever you were going to fix once you get to your destination and stop.
