So someone called the cops on me.....

I was on my way home to get my bike registered in pennsylvania this weekend. I start to head up 476 and low and behold three cops are waiting under and overpass just sitting on the side of the road. I think they are doing random speed traps so im not worried because i am doing the speed limit.

They all pull out at once after i go by with flashing lights and guess what they pull up right behind me. Over the loud speaker comes let me see your mother*ucking hands. Im like damn what did i do. So i get out and i have two guns and a taser pointed at me classic felony stop. So as i am sitting in handcuffs on one of the cruisers i find out why the cop pulled me over.

Turns out coming into pa when i took my gun out of the back compartment some random car in traffic saw me reach back and grab it but only saw the barrel. They called the cops and told them i was waving it around in public and threatening them. I say whoa. So as im am being detained it comes out that i might actually be allowed to carry like i told them because of my concealed permit. Great at least we have that straight. Trooper gets a call about 15 mins later saying they only honor florida permits and i am *hit out of luck. So after sitting on the hood of his cruiser in cuffs for an hour and a half they finally find out im allowed to carry in pa. Yeah im off the hook right.

WRONG. They say i am going to be charged with making terroristic threats towards the complatent. Awesome what a day. Another half an hour goes by and it turns out the witness's story keeps changing. Now they say i wasnt pointing it at them and they just thought since they saw the color of the barrel that i was going to have road rage and start shooting. I was like wtf. They had a wrecker coming now to impound my car and i had been steaming on top of the cruiser and only to find out the witness was lying about the whole thing. Oh was i ticked. Luckily the cops ended up being cool and releasing literally after they had just put me in the car and were ready for transport.

Moral of this story is if your the dumbazz who has never seen a gun before people are legally allowed to carry it. So if it was you i hope you rot in hell. End of my rant. It was a nicely done felony stop if i do say except the one cop found out i was military and was talking to me almost as soon as the cuffs were on about careers and jobs with them. I cant be mad at the cops though just the witness since they were doing their job.

If I see someone pull a gun out while driving you better believe that I will be calling the cops. Let them make the stop and sort things out. Do people who legally never commit gun crimes, or something? Why would you take it out while driving anyway?

I dont have a permit to carry thro delaware and maryland so i have to have the magazine and receiver seperate. I wasnt waving the gun around or lifting it up for them to see in fact the one cop thought it was b.s because they didnt even know the gun was two toned. I wasnt driving either i was stopped in traffic. Im military police i know the policy on gun regs and i didnt just pull the gun out and wave it around i think it was an suv next to me. The g isnt exactly lifted.

I guess it's good to be cautious, but MY GOD. There are VERY, VERY stupid people out there. Any moron can tell the difference between waving a gun and not. LOOK at the person holding it, LOOK at what he is doing with it. What's his facial expression like, are they LOOKING at you? NO. Man oh man, I would be sooo, sooo pissed.
