One of the main reasons why I am happy to say Toledo sucks... This place is slowly going down hill. The bar it all happened is just a few blocks away from University of Toledo. I HIGHLY doubt any of those were students LOL. Then again we did have a "star" football player try to rob a police officers house a while back

What was the guy doing outside (around 00:22 - 00:11 since the video counts backwards) hopping left to right like a jack rabbit? He's shooting so far away he couldnt have hit anything. If he was to hit anything, it would have been his homie.
