I do notice that Verizon's corporate staff is starting to get younger and younger... which while some may see as a lack of experience (I'm sure that isn't the case), I see as a new fire for the company. The younger staff is more in touch with the biggest demographic of consumers, people aged 25-35. They actually can relate and know what we want, rather than trying to draw up numbers to help them guess which product and what kind of service people will respond to.

Eh, the bottom line it seems that no company is perfect and everyone will have experiences both good and bad. I started with Sprint, moved to AT&T, then Nextel and finally landed on Verizon. I've been with them for almost 8 years now and I've NEVER had a problem. Not in the store (other than long lines), not on the phone, and never had a billing error. When I had AT&T years ago their service sucked, Sprints customer service is horrendous, and Nextel's PTT novelty wore off after a while.

I'm surprised that Microsoft hasn't sued Apple for all those "I'm a Mac and I'm a PC commercials".

Back on topic though, any idea with BB OS 5.0 is going to come out officially for the Tour? It was leaked on 8/21 and now I'm finding out that the Droid is getting a software update next month not even a month after release?!?!? WTF?!?!? Get off your @ss RIM!
