hmm check wikipedia. The sport package comes with nav/back up camera. BUT in order to get the intelligent cruise control, 14 speaker bose system and all the gadgets that make the M such a great car, you need the ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY PACKAGE. (and uhhh good luck finding that.) Don't let the dealers sucker you by telling you that they don't come with the sport models because the sure as hell do. Thats what happened to my friend and he is mad as fcuk right about now.

The PP on the M includes things like heated and reclining rear seats, rear HVAC and audio controls, a power rear sunshade etc... and isn't available on Sport model Ms. And to the OP, the Sport package does not include nav and the backup camera, but it is available in conjunction with the Technology package which includes navi and the reverse camera.
