problem with my HID after new bulbs.help

took the car to my local shop to have one the bulbs replace after one went out a few days ago.got the replacments and now at night i can barely see the road.bulbs are same.is there a right or wrong way to install these ? it was daytime so i had no idea it was that bad untill i drove the car that night.what can i do ?

Did you make sure the shop ordered the right bulbs? 4300k phillips?

From what i read, it seems that the shop you went to tried to screw you over and bought cheap bulbs.

had the same problem with my car, i thought the problem was the ballast, but it was actually just the bulbs.

bulbs are the same,the drivers side light cuts off like 6 ft.the passenger side is fine.i would hate to adjust it since it was fine prior to the new bulbs

i would suggest adjusting it because whenever you touch your headlights, its going to get misaligned. Adjusting is actually fairly simple. Just take a screw and turn right to go lower and left to go higher.

There's a thread here somewhere that shows you how to adjust your headlights. There's also a video about adjusting headlights on youtube.

is there a right and wrong way to replace the bulbs ? it seems light the bulb is angle upwards inside the projector.i'm going to take it back to them this sat.

Once they fix it, find new a shop.
