Fitment on 2005 g35 coupe with IPL rims

Hey guys,

I know this is an old thread, but I'm not really sure where else to post. Does anyone know if the ipl rims will fit on an '05 g35 coupe without modification? I did as much research as possible and the OEM sport rims I have on are 19x8 +30mm offset front and 19x8.5 rear +33mm offset. The IPL rims are 19x8.5 +43mm offset front and 19x9 +45mm offset rear. Doing the math, the positive offsets extends the wheel out about .5" on top of the wheels being slightly wider already. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!!

Bolt pattern in the same. Shouldn't be any issues on fitment. No adapters or anything needed. As far as I know

offsets suck! want it to look better? you'll need to get some spacers.

Hey guys. Thanks for responding. If I get spacers that would just extend the offset in the positive direction even more..... My only concern is the front set of rims. I've ran 20" rims that are 20x8.5 +35mm front and 20x10 +40mm rear (10"+1.57"=11.57"). With the 20" rims on the back I know the width is larger than 19x9 +45mm (9"+1.77=10.77"). But the front is a different case 20x8.5 +35mm front (8.5"+1.38"=9.88") and 19x8.5 +43mm front (8.5"+1.69"=10.19"). So the IPL rims are still roughly .30" extended towards the fender. My front fenders are also rolled so I have a little more lee-way but I'm not sure how much. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Same question with stock breaks? Do I need spacers? Any suggestions would be very helpful. Just picked up the IPL rims for my 04 g 35

Yes you'll need spacer, offsets are way too high
do 25mm all around

below are G37/Q60 IPL wheel & tire specs in case anyone comes across this thread in the future:

Front: 19x8.5 +43; 225/45/19 stock tires
Rear: 19x9.0 +45; 245/40/19 stock tires

IPL wheels clear OEM akebonos. As a point of reference, I believe OEM G35 coupe 19s are 19x8.0 +30 and 19x8.5 +33.
